Beth is the Owner and Co-Managing Director at Roots To Wings offering adult yoga, children's yoga, and private energy healing sessions. Beth began practicing yoga five years ago at Roots To Wings and has attended the teacher training program with Wendy Hall, Master Healer’s course in Sedona, AZ and Brain Management Consultant Training Course. She also trains in energy healing under the guidance of Spiritual Teacher & Master Healer Chun Shim nim. Beth is currently enrolled in the 200hr Anahata Integrated Yoga Teacher Certification Course in Newbury with Pam Britton and Chris Morton and is certified in ChildLight Yoga. She teaches a slow-vinyasa style helping students relax, open and strengthen the physical body, quiet the mind, and connect to the heart, resulting in healing of the physical, energetic and spiritual body. Beth's wish is that students can tap into their own ability to heal the body, mind and spirit resulting in happier, healthier and more peaceful lives.
Beth received a B.A. in Psychology from UMass, Amherst in '93 and received a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Boston College in '95. Her husband, Mike, is also a Co-Managing Director at Roots To Wings, yoga instructor and healer. Together they have four children.
Beth writes:
" When I first joined RTW I joined to reduce stress and get in shape, but never imagined that I would be embarking on a deep healing journey; something I had been seeking my entire life. The best way I can show my gratitude to the teachers before me is to share what I have learned with others to help them grow. I hope all my students move beyond just the physical aspects of yoga and connect with the "bigger picture" of life."
