These are the parts of the BE curriculum… My dream is for all of my seven grandchildren and every child in the world today to be in BE classes where body-mind awareness is an integrated part of their daily class and life.

The BE philosophy has probably meant more to me than it has to my kids. BE has taught me to look at myself differently. And isn't that where change starts?  If I believe that a change is possible within me, then I can surely sell my kids on the idea of change. That's what Brain Education has become to me; a means by which I can change... and make a change. We realize the magnificence of our own minds. My daughter, Capri, (10 years old) participated in a week long BE camp. Upon her return home, we noticed many changes: She started to clear everyone's dishes from the dinner table and put them in the dishwasher,without being asked. She wanted to cook a healthy dinner for our family, and spent much time, with sincerity, cutting up vegetables to make homemade soup. She made more of an effort to pick up trash off of the street. She wanted to be of service to others and have fundraiser's that would benefit others. She was

more grateful for things, all people and things. Certain bad habits had disappeared because they had thrown their bad habits in the river. There was such a tremendous change in her, that it made me realize that all children need to have access to this. This transformation inspired me to be trained in this program, in order to teach children and teachers. Thank you BE!

Brain Education, or BE, has been so beneficial to my children. One of my sons has to deal with ADHD on a daily basis and his level of distractibility and forgetfulness is high. We have been using the brain screen with him and he is amazed at how this simple trick works. He is 13 and uses it everyday and in his words: "Wow! It works so well, I can see what I need to do in my brain.” It has helped all 3 of my children to become more directly involved in their own process, no matter what their difficulties or strengths are. The mood in our household is more caring and calm.  When it is  not we have fun tricks to help regain the peace, without my voice becoming louder than theirs.  I see them becoming more confident and happy by being able to deal with any situation in a more positive manner.  We are all on the BE train and not getting off!

Brain Education has given Myles a greater insight into how his brain works. As a result, he knows the "How" (creating neural pathways) of learning, not just a black box acceptance of the information. BE has helpedhim to channel his abundant energy into more creative outlets. My son took the BE class at Kids “R’ Kids for the summer camp program. He learned lots of new ways to keep his mind and body healthy and strong. He got more confidence to do activities and he still loves to show off his balancing technique with the Flamingo, Tree, and Airplane. He especially loves the flying eagle. He

shows all his friends at Cub Scouts. He loves it.

Since starting the BE class, Alexandra has become more relaxed. She is more aware of her body and her environment. Alex loves going to class and she has an elevated mood afterwards. This good feeling lasts for an extended period of time. I would recommend this class. It is very beneficial for pre-teen children.

This year I had BE class and it was probably the best yet! In BE class I improved my concentration during tests and quizzes by doing the infinity sign or taping my feet together. I noticed that I have been doing better on tests and such, which is a good thing. I also became more flexible by doing all those BE exercises. The best part of BE class was relaxation time and learning the DMD sword routine. In all I enjoyed this experience and I'm lucky to have this class.

 Brain Education class really helped me focus and concentrate more. Concentration is important for me. It helps me to concentrate on what their assignment I am doing instead of everything that's going on around. BE class also made me more flexible than before - I CAN TOUCH MY TOES NOW!!! Brain Education is helping my students to use their brains’ fullest potential. I have been teaching BE to 6th and 8th grade students, and throughout the process, I have observed a big change in their behavior and school achievement.
