This workshop produces a powerful transformation that unlocks your spiritual core. It centers not on your vocational identity but on the unique energetic essence that fires every aspect of your life.  The Finding Your True Self workshop connects you to your True Self by helping you look honestly at the mental thought patterns and emotional habits that sabotage your enjoyment of life.  During FYTS, you will participate in as series of experiential activities such as:

• Physical exercises ( all levels of physical condition can participate)
• Guided interaction with other participants
• Seeing yourself through meditation
• A wide variety of games for self-reflection

Through the program, you will develop the physical, emotional, and mental sensitivity to experience your deepest essence and will acquire the tools to maintain this state in your everyday life.  Finding Your True Self touches every part of your being, beyond your fives senses and supports the search for truth and meaning in your life.

Dates for the next Finding Your True Self:

• Pre-session: Tuesday September 21st,  7:15 - 9 PM
• Day One: Saturday September 25th, 12:00pm - 6:00 PM
• Day Two: Sunday September 26th, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Post-Session: Tuesday September 28th, 7:15 - 9 PM

Registration Information: 

The tuition for this program is $325.  A $100 deposit is due at the time of registration with the balance due on or before September 6th, 2010.  There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. TUITION DISCOUNT: Tuition is $295 if paid in full by September 6th, 2010.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Refunds will be given minus the $25.00 registration fee if the participant chooses to cancel on or before September 6th, 2010.  No refunds will be given after September 6th, 2010. All monies recieved from this program are non-transferable to any other program sponsored or held by Roots to Wings Yoga and Healing Center.
