Class Description
Yoga For Pre-K
Ages 3-5
Designed to help preschoolers learn how to care for their bodies, mind & spirit, this fun & lively yoga class will include hatha yoga, playful games, music, dance, art, storytelling, drama & relaxation.
Yoga For Kids
Ages 6-10
Designed to help children improve their physical health, regulate emotions, develop social skills, increase self confidence, focus and build self-awareness. This class will include hatha yoga, brain education, group activities, art, drama, music and relaxation exercises. Children will learn they can make conscious choices and be the leaders of their own lives.
Yoga For Teens
Ages 11+
This fun, safe and nurturing class is designed to help teens release stress and tension, develop greater mind-body awareness, regulate emotions, strengthen body, improve physical health and develop inner strength to listen to and follow their hearts voice. Classes will include hatha yoga, mindful stretching, group sharing, stress-reduction techniques, guided relaxation and breathing techniques.

Tuition: $125 per child

include a $20 deposit to reserve your space
Class Sizes will be limited
